Re: Application by Leonard J. Frosina
SCJM # 1000
Dear Trustees,
I am writing in response to the application for a pier extension on the part of our next door
property owner. My wife and I are against this request as sufficient dockage exists already. This
addition is way beyond his modest water front footage, which incorporates a right of way for
inner lots. This minimal frontage lbr an undersized building lot was created from a variance
afforded by a prior board.
Additionally, I would ask the board to inspect a white boat mooring in mid stream that is illegal
and used by a commercial fisherman who accesses it from property across the creek.
Also, the neighbor on my left has a mooring pole implanted on the beach but also on my
property, which is out of line on two counts. I hope that these items will be resolved and thank
you for taking the time to make the inspections.
Sincerely,
RGS/cs
