part of the consideration for the issuance of the Permit do~ understand and prescribe to the fol-
lowing:
1. That the said Board of Trustees and the Town of 5outhold are released fz,.~ any ~d
all damages, or claims for damages, of suits arising directly or indirectly ~s a remit of any opur-
ation performed pursuant to this permit, and the gaid Permit~ee will, at his ot her own expense,

its agents, and non-compliance with the provisions of the originating application, may be cause for
revocation of this Permit by resolution of the said Board.
5. That there wi/l be no unreasonable interference with navigation as a result of the wo~
herein a~/thorized.
6. That there shall be no interference with the tight of the public to pass and repass ~long
the beach between high and low water marks.

work shall cause unreasonable obstromoa to free navigation, the said petmittee will be required,

At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held Tuesday, April 1 I,
2000, the following recommendation was made:
NICHOLAS J. & BRIGITTE DEVL1N MAZZAFERRO 37-4-6 request a Grandfather permit for
an existing floating dock.
The CAC did not make an inspection, therefore no recommendation was made.
