Oo Box 1179 Southold, New York 11971 Attention: Trustees Re: Request for Waiver - 2805 Cedar Lane East Marion Dear Trustees: This is to request a waiver for the addition of an open porch on the front of my home (7' 7" X 24' 3") and a cedar deck attached to the back (13' X 27'), as per the plot plan and elevations I submitted on February 17, 1995. I am ,enclosing a check for $40.00. I am very sorry not to be able to attend the Trustees' meeting on February 28, 1995, because of a longstanding commit- ment I have to attend a meeting in Southampton that night. We are very eager to gain permission to begin the porch/deck pro- ject, because my wife and I learned only late in the game that we needed permission from the Trustees to proceed, and because we had hoped to complete the project in March, when our baby is due.
