Project Description (use attachments if necessary):
To the Board of Trustees;
10/2/96
My name is Doris Tusty and I reside at 145 Bayside drive East Marion, N.Y.
I have known of my neighbor's property, which is now occupied by John
Tessier, for many years prior to the Town's Wet Land Law which took effect on
June 29, 1971. The present Structure and dock are still the same and in good
condition and much more than 50% in place.
Doris Tusty
Mr. Tessier's property was built in 1946 and the bulkhead which is made of cinder
blocks exsisted long prior to the wet lands law of June 29, 1971 The structures
including the dock are still in good condition and the photos will show this. Everything
is much the same as it was origionally. I've been a resident of Gardiners bay Home
Owners Assoc. for many years.
