This bulkhead is constructed ofcinderblock and cement. I have known of my neighbor's property, which is now occupied by John Tessier, for many years prior to the Town's Wet Land Law which took effect on June 29, 1971. The present Structure and dock are still the same and in good condition and much more than 50% in place. Doris Tusty Mr. Tessier's property was built in 1946 and the bulkhead which is made of cinder blocks exsisted long prior to the wet lands law of June 29, 1971 The structures including the dock are still in good condition and the photos will show this.
