STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because~
The house and garage were built some time before the Ordinance was
adopted~ and more garage room is needed. There is not room enough to meet
present zoning requirements.
2. The hardshipcreatedis UNIQUE andis notshared by all properties alike in the immediate
vicJnityofthispropertyand inthisusedistrictbe~ause::.most other properties ±~ th±s
vicinity have abcut the same size lots and have thief g~rages etc
Within reqirements.
3. The Variance would obse~e the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because~ This is residential area mud mostly built
up with perminent dwellings. The use would be residential9 and the
extra garage room would not affect other neighbors.

APPLICATION FOR BUILDING PERMIT
1NSTRUCTIONS
a. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted in duplicate to the Building
Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or punic streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this location.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
