The purchaser is concerned about the possibility of removing brush and clearing
the land from overgrowth along the shoreline and is requesting an opinion and site
inspection from your office to determine if this is possible.
My check for $50.00 is enclosed for the cost of the inspection. Would you please
consider this letter as a request for the inspection and if possible include this property on
your calendar for December 13, 2004
