Dear Al and members of the Board,
As you remember, this application was tabled at your last (October) meeting, pending
revisions. Enclosed you will find three copies of our SITE PLAN, revised as follows:
The dilapidated deck located seaward of the CEHL has been removed, and the
stairs leading to the beach reconfigured to lead to the top of the existing retaining wall,
which is shown to be repaired.
A swimming pool with terrace has been added, landward of the CEHL.
Please re-open the hearing for this project at your November 19th meeting, and, if
possible, approve the application. I will be present to discuss the matter, if that is
deemed necessary.
