The $outhold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated
and received in our office on March 21, 200, and an on-site
inspection made, and determined that the construction of a
single family dwelling with septic, well and driveway, to be out
of the Wetland jurisdiction, under Chapter 97 of the Town
Wetland Code.
However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line would
require permits from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to
call.

As requested, I h,qve reviewed the N.Y.S. Dept. of Environmental Conservation znd the Town of
Southold Wetlands Authorization covering tlxe above referenced parcel. Based upon this review,
it is evident that both regulatory approvals are v,~Iid for construction ora si~le £arnib, dwelling,
and sanitary system in conformance with the approved survey. Please note that the NYSDEC
permit ta, nnot be extended, therefore, a new application will be required if coz~truction is nor
undertaken prior to August 31, 2000. Lastly, no Suffolk County Dept. of Health Services
m~thorization was provided. This permit to construct is necessary for well installation and
sanitar~ s~stcm design. A building pemxit issued by the Town of $outhold cannot be obtained
until outhorization from thc Health Dept. is received.
