No. 1177 Moved by Bruce Loucka, seconded by Robert Keith, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the Wetland Application of CARDINERS BAY ESTATES 11q-10-1 requesting a Grandfather Permit for 261 feet of bulkhead and decking on association land on lagoon portion of Spring Pond, Bulkhead has been in area since the 1930's.
