Director of Code Enforcement DATE: February 7. 2005 RE: Property of Mark Schill: 2520 Ackerly Pond La (Please be advised that the attached fetter was ser*as a follow ut,fb a� inspection of the property by a Building Inspector. The Inspector did not issue anv violation notices at the time of his inspection. My office, as a result of the letter, conducted an inspection of the property and found no indication of any violation at that time. It should be noted that the applicant does own and operate a landscapina business. The property contains a small one family dwelling (not owner occupied) and the new is construction is a very larae storaae building. The owner was advised that the new building could only be legally used as an accessory to the dwellinq and not for any other purpose. He indicated his understanding. Furthermore, he was advised that any future use in violation of Town Code would result in legal action. It is recommended that the CO clearly indicate the use as '...accessory to the existing one family dwelling...' Please keep me advised of any future complaints regarding this property. Permits for the construction of storage buildings on the property are for residential use. It should be noted that no C.O.'s have been issued for the new structure on the property and any use of it at this point is also a violation of Town Code. It is requested that you comply immediately.
