To the best of our knowledge, we designed the house to comply with the New York State Building Code. In addition, we visited the site on five different occasions during construction and during each trip found the framing that we observed to be as shown on the structural drawings or as indicated on construction sketches issued by this office. For the record, we will be sending a set of as- built structural documents, signed and sealed, to your office early next week.
