The existing system consists of a single cesspool that was estimated to be 8 feet in diameter. The depth of the pool was not determine but is likely to be 8 feet deep. The owner plans to add an extension/overflow pool of equal size and it will be connected to the existing pool. The existing pool was found to be in acceptable condition and it and the planned expansion/overflow pool is adequate to serve the existing residence and the new addition.
