The above listed property is our residence and we are filing an application for a permit to
install an in ground swimming pool ( up to 20' x 40' ) in the position indicated on the attached
site plan / survey Since this pool will be more than 100 ft. from the high water indicated on the
sun'ey, we are requesting a letter of' non-jurisdiction from the Board. We have received our
permit from the Nex~ York State Department of Environmental Conservation based on the
indicated location

Dear Mr. Kraus:
The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated
March 20, 2000 and received in our office on November 30, 2000
and determined the construction of a garage and mudroom attached
to the existing single-family dwelling to be out of the Wetland
jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland Code.
However, any activity within 100' of the Wetland line would
require a permit from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to
call.

Dear Sir or Madam;
I am the owner and resident at 3329 Manhanset Ave. Greenport, New York. I have filed
a permit application for the construction of an attached garage/mudroom at the subject property. Give
that the distance of the addition is more than 150 feet from the mean high water line, I respectfully
request that you issue a letter of non-jurisdiction.
Since the application is approved pending only the issuance of this letter, I would be very grateful if it
could be issued at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your cooperation.
