Mrs. Judith Terry, Town Clerk
Town Hall
Southold, NY 11971
Dear Mrs. Terry:
The following action has been taken by the Southold Town Conservation
Advisory Council at a regular meeting held February 23, 1982.
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board approval of the wetland
application of Friedrich Krug #87 to replace timber bulkhead in same location
and configuration and backfill with clean sand fill to be trucked in from up-
land source.
Application #86, Joseph Calalier to create a mooring for commercial vessels
be tabled until the Conservation Advisory Council receives more information.
Upon visiting the site the Council found there were no reference points, no
way of knowing where the MHW mark is. The Council recommends everything be
staked out. Where will the dredging begin? Where is the planting of marsh
grass going to be? How will the fill be retained?
Application #85, Cheryl Pagnozzi was reviewed by the Council and has
been approved.
Application #82, Matt-A-Marr Marina has been approved by the Council,
and they recommend a permit not be required.
Yours truly,
FRANK CICHANOWICZ III, CHAIRMAN
