In telephone conversation with Bob Thurber of the N.Y.S. D.E.C. _on 7/11/84, Mr. Thurber advised that they have no .current application for this project before them at present. Leon Marcus did have a permit which was entended, `,but it expired 6/83. Since the size of the dock, ramp, and floats are a little different from what was approved in the orignal permit, it will be necessary for Mr. Marcus to submit an amended, updated application to the D.E.C. Mr. Thurber stated that the D.E.C. has no objection to the Town delcaring lead agency on this wetland application. Town Hall, 53095 Main Road P.O.
