Though the originally permitted work was completexl prior to the issuance of the amended permit, the septic work authorized by the amendment has not yet been undertaken. Because the Bermans now plan to commence the septic work so long after the permit was amended, I am writing to request that the Board issue a brief statement indicating that the work may still be undertaken pursuant to the 23 January 2003 permit amendment, provided that there are no changes to the approved site plan prepared by Joseph A. Ingegno, L.S., last dated March 12, 2003. A copy of that site plan is attached hereto, along with current photographs of the site. That the integrity of our property line/lines be completely respected and not encroached. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the immediate prior owner of the Berman's house. 2.
