RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant an amendment to Permit #15-3-18 to replace the bulkhead within 30" instead of 18". The DEC approved 30" due to the fact that the Department of Agriculture property's fence and utility poles restrict performance of the work within 18". Douglass Marine Surveying Orient, New York 11957 Re: Orient by the Sea Marina Dear Mr. Douglass: The following action was taken by the Board of Trustees during their regular meeting held on September 25, 1986 regarding the above captioned matter. WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area and WHEREAS, the Board has considered all of the documentation submitted concerning this request and WHEREAS, the Board made the following findings of fact: 1. By this request appellant requests permission to construct an addition to an existing structure to be constructed to approximately 15' x 20' and to be constructed over the existing eating deck area, to a point even with the south end of the eating porch area. To drive new spiles into the deck area for support of same. Z. Property is located off of the Main Road, Orient. Accordingly on motion made by Trustee Smith seconded by Trustee Krupski it was RESOLVED to APPROVE THE WAIVER of the Wetland Ordinance as requested by Robert J. Douglass on behalf of Orient By The Sea Bar Room as requested with the following provisions: 1.
