The following action was taken by the Conservation Advisory
Council at a regular meeting held Tuesday, March 20th, 1984 .
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board approval
of the wetland application #182 submitted by Helen B. Case to
place broken concrete from "first" bridge afore high water
mark. New Suffolk
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board approval of
the wetland application #183 submitted by Joseph Fischetti to
install 55; of upland bulkhead, 15 ' return, fixed dock, ramp 4
and three float docks secured by 6 spiles. Southold
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board approval
of the wetland application #184 submitted by Donald Weber on
behalf of K. W. Akeson, Vice-Pres. of Kimogenor Point Association
to construct and install floating dock, New Suffolk.
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board approval
of the wetland application #185 submitted by Ferucio Frankola
to install two atlantic davits and dredge boat basin. Southold.
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board approval
of the wetland application #186 submitted by Enconsultants, Inc.
for Mattituck Inlet Marina to replace steel bulkhead and backfill .
Mattituck.
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board approval
of the wetland application #187 submitted by Enconsultants, Inc.
for Robert Wilson to construct a private dock consisting of
catwalk, ramp, floats, secured by pilings. Southold.
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board approval
of the wetland application #188 submitted by William Knoeller: ,
to construct catwalk, ramp and float. Southold.

to put in floating dock. Southold.
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board approval

normally long catwalk if there were spartina
grass involved.

Dated: May 8, 1984
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 8 of the Environmental Conservation
Law, Part 617 of Title 6 of the New York State_ Codes, Rules and Regulations,
and Chapter 44 of the Southold Town Code, the Southold Town Board, as lead
agency, does hereby determine that the action described below is a Type
action and is likely to have a significant effect on the environment.
DESCRIPTION OF ACTION.
Application of Ferucio Frankola for a Wetland Permit to dredge an existing

THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED BY THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD
AT A REGULAR MEETING HELD ON MAY 8, •1984:
WHEREAS, Ferucio Frankola has heretofore applied to the Southold
Town Board for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance
of the Town of Southold, for permission to dredge an existing dredged
boat basin at the south side of Glenn Road, off Goose Creek, Southold,
New York.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That pursuant to the provisions of Article 8 of the Environmental
Conservation Law, Part 617 of Title 6 of the New York State Code, the
Southold Town Board, as lead agency, does hereby determine that the
action proposed is a Type I Action and is likely to have a significant
effect on the environment.
2. That the Town Clerk shall file and, circulate such determination
as required by the aforementioned law, rules and code.
3. That the Town Clerk immediately notify Ferucio Frankola of
this 'determination, and further request said applicant to prepare a Draft
Environmental Impact Statement, all in accordance with said law, rules
and- code.

Council at a regular meeting held Tuesday, March 20th, 1984 .
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board approval
of the wetland application #182 submitted by Helen B. Case to
place broken concrete from "first" bridge afore high water
mark. New Suffolk
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board approval of
the wetland application #183 submitted by Joseph Fischetti to
install 55; of upland bulkhead, 15 ' return, fixed dock, ramp
and three float docks secured by 6 spiles. Southold
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board approval
of the wetland application #184 submitted by Donald Weber on
behalf of K. W. -Akeson, Vice-Pres. of Kimogenor Point Association
to construct and install floating dock, New Suffolk.
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town' Board approval
of the wetland application #185 submitted by Ferucio Frankola
to install two atlantic davits and dredge boat basin. Southold.
RESOLVED to recommend' to the Southold Town Board approval
of the wetland application #186 submitted by Enconsultants, Inc.
for Mattituck Inlet Marina to replace steel bulkhead and backfill
Mattituck.
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board approval
of the wetland application #187 submitted by Enconsultants, Inc.
for Robert Wilson to -construct a private dock consisting of
catwalk, ramp, floats, secured by pilings. Southold.
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board approval
of the wetland application #188 submitted by William Knoeller:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PERMIT
A. This application is to be completely filled in by typewriter or ink and submitted to the Town
Clerk in quadruplicate, accompanied by writter• permission from the owner of the property if not
the some as the applicant.
B. Pilot Plan must be drawn to scale on the reverse side of this application showing the location
of property, the names and locations of owners of adjoining properties, and a detailed description
of proposed project. (Note: Copies of the Pilot Plan may be made by a copy machine and attached
to the Permit Application.)
C. No operation shall be initiated by the applicant until all permits that are required are issued.
D. A detailed statement of the rehabilitation and prc,posed condition of the premises after the
work is completed must be given, including a survey if required.
E. If permit is being sought for a more sizeable excavation than the construction of a private
single dock or jetty, then this application must be accompanied by a survey and topographical map
certified by a registered land survey or Professional Engineer. The horizontal control of survey
shall be based upon an approval local coordinate system. The vertical control for elevation and sound-
ings shall be based upon United States Coast and Geodetic Survey and/or United States Geological
Survey datum.
F. A statement must accompany the application describing any known prior operations conducted
on the premises in question and whether any prior licenses or permits have been issued to erect
structures or to dredge or deposit fill on said premises and whether any such permits or licenses
were ever revoked or suspended by a governmental agency.
G. A filing fee of-$25$&shall accompany the application. This filing fee includes one inspection,
there is a $5.00 fee for each additional inspection.
H. The Town Board upon request applicant for a
9 '� permit, may waive in whole or in port,
the provisions of Article 11, Section , subdivisions (A and (�'where it finds that nature of the
proposed operations are such that the requirements of such provisions are not necessary for a
proper consideration of a permit application.

permit shall be available for inspection at any time, upon request.
