RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board approval " of the wetland application #170 submitted by Michael Carlucci to construct a bulkhead and floating dock. Conkling Point Creek, Greenport. RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board aproval of the wetland application #171 submitted by William B. Smith on behalf of Augjjtus Fink, Jr. to construct three (3) catwalks and floating docks. Cedar Beach Creek, Southold. RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board approval of the wetland application #172 submitted by Norman Boos to construct a floating catwalk with 9 fingers to accomodate 18 additional small boats. Approval to be given with the stipulation that the Trustees inspect and approve. When the above has been completed, the channel will be only half the width forcing boat traffice up close to the opposite side of the channel where there is a lot of spartina grass. This application is to be completely filled in by typewriter or ink and submitted to the Town Clerk in quadruplicate, accompanied by written permission from the owner of the property if not the some as the applicant. B. Pilot Plan must be drawn to scale on the reverse side of this application showing the location of property, the names and locations of owners of adjoining properties, and a detailed description of proposed project. (Note: Copies of the Pilot Plan may be made by a copy machine and attached to the Permit Application.) C. No operation shall be initiated by the applicant until all permits that are required are issued. D. A detailed statement of the rehabilitation and prc,posed condition of the premises after the work is completed must be given, including a survey if required. E. If permit is being sought for a more sizeable excavation than the construction of a private certified by a registered land survey or Professional Engineer. The horizontasingle dock or jetty, then this application must be accompanied by a survey and topographical map I control of survey shall be based upon an approval local coordinate system.
