This application is to �be completely filled in by typewriter or ink and submitted to the Town Clerk -in quadruplicate, accompanied by written permission from the owner of the property if not the same as the applicant. B. Pilot Plan must be drawn to scale on the reverse sidd. of this application showing the location of property, the names and locations of owners of adjoining properties, and a detailed description of proposed project. (Note : Copies of the Pilot Plan may be made by a copy machine and attached to the Permit Application. ) C. No operations shall be initiated by the applicant until all permits that are required are issued. D. A detailed statement of the rehabilitation and proposed condition of the premises after the work , is completed must be given, including a survey if required. E. If permit is being sought for a more sizeable excavation than the construction of a private single dock or jetty, then this application must be accompanied by a survey and topographical map certified by a registered land 'survey or Professional Engineer. The horizontal control of survey shall be based upon an approved local coordinate system. The vertical control for elevation and soundings shall be based upon United States Coast and Geodetic Survey and/or - United -States Geological- Survey datum. F. A statement must accompany the application describing any known prior operations conducted on the premises in question and whether any prior licenses' or permits have been issued. to ,erect structures or to dredge or deposit fill on said premises and whether any such permits or licens`es' were ever revoked or suspended by ,a governmental agency. -' i G. Southold Town Board -2- June 6, 1972 SUPERVISOR MARTOGGHIA: I will now call the hearing to order on application of George K. Dornauer. Justice -Suter will read the legal notice of hearing concerning premises at 185 Willow Point Road, Southold, New York. Justice Suter read the legal notice of hearing and proof of publication in the official newspaper, The Long Island Trave ler- Mattituck Watchman, signed. by G. Whitney Booth, Publisher. Justice Suter also read a report from the Board_ of Town Trustees, signed by Alvah B.- Goldsmiths Chairman, addressed to the Southold Town"B pard, dated April 10, 1972, as follows: I°The Board of Town Trustees waive objection to the applications of George. K. Is there anyone present who wishes to speak in favor of the granting of this, application? Southold Town Board -3- June 6, 1972 MR. GEORGE K. DORNAUER: I would like to say that the reason we are putting up this bulkheading is to retain our own land. We will dock a 26 foot boat and Clifford Cornell will dock a 16 foot boat. It is just to retain our land, some of which we have already lost. SUPERVISOR YARTOGCHIA: Does anyone else wish to speak in favor of this application? (There was no response.) SUPERVISOR MARTOCCHIA: Is there anyone present who wishes to speak against this application? (There was no response.) Mrs. Jean Tiedke, Pres. .. League of Women Voters of Riverhead presented the Board with the following statement: "June 6, 1972• Wetlands ,Applications Nos. 4 and 5: We do not object to these applications since the damage has already been done. We do hope, though, that such canals are completely prohibited in the future."
