Dear Mr. Just:
The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated May 4, 2001 and last revised
July 3,2001 and determined the construction of a single-family dwelling, sanitary, system, public
utilities, public water service, driveway and grading, to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction under
Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland Code.
However, any activity within 100' of the Wetland line would require permits ~om this office.
This determination is not a determination ii'om any other agency.

Dear Mr. Krupski:
At the present time we are requesting that a "Letter of Non-
Jurisdiction" be issued for this project. The project involves the construction
ora single family dwelling, sanitary system, decking, public utilities, public
water service, driveway and grading.
All proposed activity shall be located greater than 100' landward of
the Freshwater Wetlands Line as located by the staff of the N.Y.S.D.E.C.
All construction activity shall also he located greater than 100' fi.om the
AHW Line at the Fishers Island Sound. The applicant's mailing address is
249 Southdown Road, Huntington, N.Y. 11743. For your review I have
enclosed copies of the survey of the property prepared by CME/CPK Design
Group.
