The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviexved the survey dated April 27, 1988 and last revised
September 27, 1988, and after a field inspection made on December 19, 2001, and determined
the proposed garage, to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Town
Wetland Code.
However, any activity within 100' of the Wetland line would require permits from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.

Dear Ms. Castoldi:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during
its regular meeting held on March 22, 1990:
RESOLVED that the Town Trustees approve your request for a waiver to
construct an "L" shaped swimming pool, but with the stipulation that
backwash waste water from the swimming pool be discharged into a
septic system or a drywell only.
The property is located at 737 Old Wood Path, Southold, NY.
Please return to the Building Department for a determination on the
need for any other permits which may be required for this project.
