Dear Mr. Milner,,
The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated
and received in our office on January 31, 2000, and determined
that the construction of a concrete foundation for an existing
house to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction, under Chapter 97
and the Coastal Erosion Hazard Area under Chapter 37 of the Town
Code.
However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line would
require permits from this office.
However, this determination is not a determination from any
other agency.
