Southampton, NY 11968 RE: INGRID MALLEY SCTM#94-1-12.1 Dear Mr. Herrmann: The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated May 30, 2000 and determined the construction of a deck addition, swimming pool, and patio to be out of Wetland and Coastal Erosion Jurisdiction, under Chapter 97 and Chapter 37 of the Town Code, respectively. However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line and/or seaward of the Coastal Erosion Hazard line would require a permit from this office. Any activity within 25' landward of the Coastal Erosion Hazard line would require further review from this office. This determination is not a determination from any other agency. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to call. Sincerely, Albert J.
