RE: INGRID MALLEY
SCTM#94-1-12.1
Dear Mr. Herrmann:
The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated
May 30, 2000 and determined the construction of a deck addition,
swimming pool, and patio to be out of Wetland and Coastal
Erosion Jurisdiction, under Chapter 97 and Chapter 37 of the
Town Code, respectively.
However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line and/or
seaward of the Coastal Erosion Hazard line would require a
permit from this office. Any activity within 25' landward of the
Coastal Erosion Hazard line would require further review from
this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to
call.
Sincerely,
Albert J. Krupski, Jr.

Re: Ingrid Malley~ 2635 Soundview Avenue, Mattituck~ SCTM No. 1000-94-1-12.1
Dear Mr. Krupski:
Attached please find a site plan prepared by Young and Young, dated 30 May 2000, depicting
the proposed construction of a deck addition, swimming pool, and patio, all of which are situated
landward of the Coastal Erosion Hazard Line and more than 75' landward of the line of mean
high water along Long Island Sound. As the proposed work will thus occur beyond the
jurisdiction of the Board of Trustees pursuant to Southold Town Code Chapter 37 and Chapter
97, respectively, would you kindly issue a letter of non-jurisdiction for the project.
For your reference, I have attached photographs of the property, as well as a letter signed by
Ingrid Malley, authorizing En-Consultants, Inc. to act on her behalf. Should you have any
questions regarding this request, please do not hesitate to contact me at your earliest
convenience.
Respectfully Curs,
Robert E. Herrmann
