Trustees meeting on January 22, 1999:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant the
request for a Waiver to enclose an existing deck with roof,
glass and screens.
However, this does not constitute approval from any other
agencies.

At the meeting of the Southold Town Conse~'ation Advisory Council held Tuesday, January 19,
1999 the following recommendation was made:

RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the
