Dear Mr. Gerace:
The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated
August 23, 1997 and determined that the construction of a 30'X
30' two-car garage to be out of the Wetland Jurisdiction, under
Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland Code.
However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line would
require permits from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
