Dear Mr. LePre:
The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated
March 2, 1999 and determined that the construction of a 12'X
26'-8" addition to the existing single-family dwelling to be out
of the Wetland jurisdiction, under Chapter 97 of the Town
Wetland Code.
However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line would
require permits from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.

call.

The following action was taken at the Southold Town Board of
Trustees meeting on March 24, 1999:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant the
request for a Waiver to construct an 8' X 16' deck onto an
existing house, with condition that no clearing be done across
the road in the wetlands. Located: 1350 Bailey Beach Road, Mattituck.
