The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during it's regular meeting held on June 23, 1999 regarding the
above referenced matter.
RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees DENY the Wetland Permit
application request to cut back the undergrowth between the
homesite remains and tidal waterfront and that no other activity
is to take place, all in accordance with Chapter 97-28 which
states, "Operations would adversely affect the wetlands of the
town".
