Transmitted herewith is a Wetland Application for the
construction of a residence on property above captioned.
Please note that I have attached a copy of the section
of the Wetlands Code for the Wetlands Definitions.
In answering your question as to the land underwater
being owned by someone other than your client, please be
advised that if any stakes or any structure is placed on
property other than the owner, you will need their approval
to do so. A letter of permission will be necessary to attach
with the application.

Dear Sir or Madam:
We are the attorneys for Richard and Mary Butler in
connection with the purchase of the above property along Gull
Pond Inlet. The Butlers intend to construct a dock on the
Pond, which I understand, requires the Board's approval. I
have enclosed a copy of a survey dated February 21, 1985.
Please contact me as soon as possible and let me know
of any relevant restrictions and/or requirements for such con-
struction.
