Unless the board has any other, this is my opinion, I would like to see 1" spacing so it would not get any runoff. It would handle any runoff. It is a problem there, I don't know what they would put there. STEVE ANGLE: How about a taller bulkhead? TRUSTEE KRUPSKI: How tall is tall enough. TRUSTEE HOLZAPFEL: Then you have your neighbors on each side. You can build what ever you want in front, but the sides aren't protected. TRUSTEE KRUPSKI: Any other comment?
