We are concerned with various items and requests additional information. Pursuant to 15 CFR Part 930.58, the following data and information is necessary to enable the Department of State to adequately assess the coastal zone effects of this proposed project. Your submitted site map illustrates that Haywater Road exists between your client's parcel and the dock. Does your client have permission or an easement from the owner of the parcel that provides access to the dock? In addition, it appears that the proposed float xvould be constructed/encroach on a neighboring parcel. Please submit documentation that clearly illustrates ovmership of the parcel by your client or authorization from the owner for the construction of, and access to the dock. Pursuant to 15 CFR 930.60(a), the review of your consistency certification wilt begin after we receive and determine that the necessary data and information is adequate to assess coastal zone effects.
