At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held Monday, October 18,
1999, the following recommendation was made:
Moved by Scott Hilary, seconded by Bret Hedges, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees DISAPPROVAL of the
Waiver Request of LEWIS P. JONES 40-1-19 for a proposed fence between lower bank and
high water mark.
