clearly out of the Wetland jurisdiction, as per survey sul~mitted

Re: Lot 16-MAD of Nassau Point Club Properties
Gentlemen:
On behalf of our clients Philip J. and Susan J. Bacon,
contract vendees for lot 16 as shown on "Map of Nassau Point Club
Properties Amended Map A," this letter constitutes a request for a
determination by the Tru~teel of nonJurisdiction.
In support of our request, I enclose the following
documents:
1. Copy of a survey of lot 16 dated July 5, 1995 by
Peconic Surveyors, P.C. disclosing the size, location and
configuration of lot 16 including its frontage on Nassau Point
Road, Old Menhaden Road and Peconic Bay. Please note the presence
at the easterly end of the property of the existing "wood
bulkhead."
2. Copy of a contour map of the area with the subject lot
highlighted and disclosing the elevation contours.
3. Copy of Suffolk County Tax Map on which I have
highlighted the subject lot.
