The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of Trustees at their Regular
Meeting held on Wednesday, September 16, 2020:
WHEREAS, En-Consultants, on-behalf of JEFFREY &CAROL P. OAK applied to the
Southold Town Trustees for an Amendment.to Wetland Permit#5215-under the
provisions of-Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, the Wetland Ordinance of the
Town of Southold, application dated September 2, 2020, and,
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory
_Council and to the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program Coordinator for their findings
---_ __._-�-_-- and recommendations, and,
WHEREAS, the LWRP Coordinator recommended that the proposed application be
found Inconsistent with the LWRP, and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees has furthered Policy 9.3 of the Local Waterfront
Revitalization Program to the greatest extent possible through the,imposition of the
following Best Management Practice requirements: the issuance of a permit for the
existing structures, and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said
application on September 16, 2020, at which time all interested persons were given an
opportunity to be heard, and,

WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the
premises in question and the surrounding area, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted
concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standards set forth in Chapter 275 of the
Southold Town Code,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the
health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT,
RESOLVED, that for the mitigating factors and based upon the Best Management
Practice requirement imposed above, the Board of Trustees deems the action to be
Consistent with the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program pursuant to Chapter 268-5
of the Southold Town Code, and,
BE IT FLIRT HER
RESOLVED, that the,.Boardof Trustees APPROVE the Amendment-to Wetland-Pe"it
#5215 for the existing 3'x9'`ramp and 6'x16' floating;dock_securetl by two
diameter•pilings; and as depicted,on,the survey-prepared by, enneth M.=Woychuk,
Land Surveying, PLLC, dated-November 1, 2019, and stamped approved on September
16, 2020
Inspections are required at a fee of$50.00 per inspection. (See attached schedule.)

Dear Mr. Pinkham:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during a Regular Meeting, held on September 20, 2000, regarding
the above matter.
Gilbert E. Pinkham applied to the Southo1d Town Trustees for a
permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town
of Southold, application dated August 28, 2000, and
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southo1d Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and
recommendations, and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with
respect to said application on September 20, 2000 at which time
all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard,
and,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are
familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area,
and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and
documentation submitted concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in
Chapter 97-18 of the Southold Town Code,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed
will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the
people of the town,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT,
RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approved the application of
GILBERT E. PINKHAM to construct a 4'x16' floating dock in front
of bulkhead. Float to be secured in place by two sets of
pilings. Access to shore via a 4' wide ramp.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination should not be
considered a determination made for any other Department or
Agency which may also have an application pending for the same
or similar project.
Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six
months of the date of this notification.
Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified
when project is started and on completion of said project.

At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held Tuesday, September
12, 2000, the following recommendation was made:
Moved by Bob Ghosio, seconded by Ken Meskill, it was
RESOL VED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees 1\.PPRQV (.L WITH A
CONDITION of the Wetland Permit of GILBERT E. PINKHAM 8,0-3-14 to place a 6'X 20'
floating dock in rront of bulkhead, Float to be secured in place by two sets of pilings, Access to
shore via a 4' wide ramp,
155 Lake Ave, Southold
The CAC recommends Approval with the Condition ofa 10' non-turf buffer.
