August 20, 2001, the following recommendation was made:
Moved by Scott Hilary, seconded by Bill McDermott, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees DISAPPROVAL of
the Wetland Permit Application of VINCENT FREDA AND LOUISE DAY to construct a
4'X 30' set of steps leading to a 4'X +/-311' catwalk to be constructed a minimum of 3.5'
above grade and a 4'X 40' set of steps.
