My home { 1490 Smith Drive South}, which is adjacent to Mr. O'Neill's property, has been in the Kispert Family since 1952. There has always been a wall of some type separating our properties. I Have examined the survey that was sent to me by Mr. O'Neill and find nothing that hasn't been there in one form or another. And that includes the Rip-Rap on Mr. O'Neill's property which is an extension of the wall my father built more than fifteen years ago etc.,etc.. Mr. O'Neill has been keenly aware of the Natural Environment of Goose Neck Estates; going so far to purchase the land on the south side of the canal so that it could be kept in it's natural condition preserving the nesting areas of many species of birds. If you need additional information regarding land development in Goose Neck Estates, please feel free to contact me at the above address. ~ Kislpert'~ '~ - cc-T. O'N Albert J.
