Dear Mr. Licari:
The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviexved the survey dated October 13, 1983, and after a
field inspection on September l 8, 2001, determined the construction of a greenhouse on a
portion of the existing deck, to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Town
Wetland Code.
However, any activity within I00' of the Wetland linc would require permits from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
