August 9, 1994 To Whom It May Concern: Regarding the private walkway and stairs located on Soundview Ave., Mattituck, NY, better known as Salt Air Way Association, it has been in existence since 1968. My home was built in 1968 and as I recall the fence and stairs were also there. It was the border line between my property and the right of way to the beach for Salt Air Way residence to use. This is the truth to the best of my recollection. Respectfully, ~. t íÞUoØ!c- FCD/lk Frances C. DiVello ~. < Çlf1~ / 'tI }l.i<!..-d. /. RONICA F.
