DOHERTY SCTM#9-8-2 Dear Mr. Just: The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the site plan dated March 23, 2001 and last revised May 5, 2001 and determined the construction of a single-family dxvelling, sanitary system, driveway, public water line, and to regrade areas of property, to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland Code. However, any actiwty within 100' of the Wetland' line would require permits from this office. This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
