2. VARIANCE. By resolution of the Board it was determined that

after concrete was laid for garage, applicant decided to add breezeway, which
leawee only 5 ft. on side
(b) The hardship created (is) (~:~unique and ~ (would not) be shared by all properties
alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in the same use district because
property is a good distance from other property
(c) The variance (does) ~ observe the spirit of the Ordinance and (~ (would not)
change the character of the district because of lo~ation of property in respect ~

INSTRUCTIONS
a. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted in duplicate to the Building
Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or oublic streets
or areas, and g~ving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is~ part of this location.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Bui!ding Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any pur~)ose whatever until e Certificate of Occupancy
shal have been granted by the Building Inspector.
