Garage was not built, and now new zomIng restriction would impede passage bet~ (Continue on other side) REASON FOR APPEAL Continued between house and garage. 1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP becausethree feet from lot line would bring front of garage beyond house line, and impede passage of wheeled garden tools between buildings, and cut off light and air from north. 2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this use district because garages were built before zoning ordinance became effective. 3.
