The following are my comments. The subdivision map shows an area in the northeast corner of Lot No. 1 which is designated "Easement of Town of Southold". Apparently a grant of easement is anticipated to be made to the Town of Southold. The title search indicates the title company's liability as not to exceed $1, 000.00. The highway specifications calls for a title policy in the amount of $2, 000.00. 3. No tax search is included in the title report. 4. You must submit a letter from the assessors certifying that the assess- ment for improvements meets the requirements of the specifications.
