PECONIC HOMES CORP., a Domestic Corporation having its principal
place of business at (no number) New Suffolk Avenue, New Suffolk, New
York, being the owner of certain land in Mattituck, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, and included within which land are proposed
highways known as GRETON COURT and DRAINAGE AREA, described in
the Application in the above entitled matter dated
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of ONE ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand
paid by Raymond C. Dean, residing at Peconic Lane, Peconic, New York
11958, Superintendent of Highways of said Town of Southold, and in further
consideration of laying out of the new highway known as GRETON COURT
and DRAINAGE AREA, do hereby release and dedicate to the Town of
Southold all of the land heretofore owned by me within said proposed
highways and drainage area as follows:
1. The highway is known as GRETON COUR~F as shown and designated
on a certain map entitled, "Map of Greton Estates" surveyed by Robert A.
Kart, Riverhead, New York, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on September 20, 1976 as Map Number 6447.
2. The DRAINAGE AREA located south of the Park and Playground as
shown on said Map.
And I do release the said Town of Southold from all damages by reasons

Dear Gary:
Judy Terry has sent me the dedication papers in the above matter and I have
reviewed them. The following are my comments.
The subdivision map shows an area in the northeast corner of Lot No. 1
which is designated "Easement of Town of Southold". Apparently a
grant of easement is anticipated to be made to the Town of Southold.
The title search indicates the title company's liability as not to exceed
$1, 000.00. The highway specifications calls for a title policy in the
amount of $2, 000.00.
3. No tax search is included in the title report.
4. You must submit a letter from the assessors certifying that the assess-
ment for improvements meets the requirements of the specifications.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, will you please call me.
