CONSENT OF TOWN BOARD Upon reading and filing the dedication and release of PETER BLANK & SON, dated ~-~ ~, , 195~, duly acknowledged ~ dedicating and releasing the necessary lands for the proposed highways known as Gillette Drive, Manor Road, Midland Place, Cleaves Point Road and East Gillette Drive, at East Marion, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and more particularly described release, it is hereby RESOLVED, that consent be, t~at the Town Superintendent of in said deed of dedication and and the same hereby is, given the Highwmys of the Tow~ of Southold make an order laying out the aforesaid Town Highways to consist of the lands described in said deed of dedication and release, all in accordance with the provisions of the Highway Law of the State of New York. ORDER OF SUPERINTENDENT OF HI GPP~A YS Pursuant to Section 171 of the Highway Law, and upon the annexed consent of the Town Board of the Town of Southold, New York, and the annexed deed of dedication and release from Peter Blank & Son, s domestic partnership and being the only owners of and persons interested in the lands through which said highways are proposed to be opened, NOW, THEREFORE, I, Harold D.
