DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES All that tract or parcel of land situated at New Suffolk, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the easterly terminus of the southerly line of Fisher Road as dedicated October 14, 1960;from said point of beginning running across the easterly end of said Fisher Road N. 8° 58' 50" E. 50.0 feet to the southerlY terminus of the easterly line of Fred Street; running thence three (5) courses: (1) S. 81~ 21' 50" E. - 175.86 feet; thence (2) N. 83~ 14' 10" E. - 225.66 feet; thence (5) S. 84° 05' 50" E. - 2.5 feet to land of Sophie Krukoski; thence along said land S. 2° 56' 40" W. - 50.08 feet; thence the following two (2) courses and distances: (1) S. 83° 14' 10" W. - 226.87 feet; thence (2) N. 81° 21' 50" W. -182.46 feet to the point of beginning. I have searched for deeds, mortgages, liens and other encumbrances affecting the premises described in the Caption hereof, and of adjoining owners, against the parties above named during their ownership, and also for judgments for ten years last past, and find, except as above set forth, nothing.
