HO~&HD ~nd i.~{~BI/L T* HOWARD, his wife, of S82 Montgomery Street, Jersey City, New Jersey, for the discontinuance of Old Main Road bed North of State Road at Orient, Town of Southold, ~uffolk County, New York, and the Southold Town Board at its meeting held at Grasnport on ~-~! / ~/~ havil~ consented to grant the application of said petitioner, now therefore in pursuance thereof, It Is ORDRI/~D and DETERmINeD that said hlsh~ay described below ts hereby abandoned as a high,ay, and its use for highway purposes is discontinued and closed to the publlc use.
