CERTIFICATE OF ABANDONMENT The undersigned, RAYMOND C. DEAN, Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, HEREBY CERTIFIES: That a certain highway located at Mattituck in the Town of Southold and known as CHANNEL LANE and more fully described in an Order Laying Out Highways dated October 25, 1949 and filed in the Town Clerk's Office on October 25, 1949, has not been traveled or used as a highway for six years prior to the date hereof, and said highway is hereby declared abandoned as a highway and a public right of way, pursuant to the provisions of Section 205 of the Highway Law. IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned Superintendent of Highways has executed and the undersigned members of the Town Board of the Town of Southold, constituting a majority of said Board, have consented to this certificate and the filing and recording thereof in the Office of the Town SouPConS.
