APPLICATION FOR BUILDING PERMIT INSTRUCTIONS a. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and su6mitted in duplicate to the Bui ding Inspector. b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to.adjoining premises or public streets or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this Iocatior. c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit. d. Upon approval of this application, the E~uilding Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work. e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy shall have been granted by the Building Inspector. Mr Richter has applied tor a building permit to make an addition to your house on Rabbit Lane and I cannot legaly issue the permit until I get recognition from the Board ot Appeals. There is no tee attached to this application, and it is strict17 a technicality, and required by section 280-a of the Town Law, once recognition is given on the lane it will cover all the houses there, you being the tirst to ajply for a permit I am asking you to sign. I am taking the liberty ot making all preperations for the Board aeeting, and it wl11 20t be necessary tor you to appear. It I have this back by Monday PM or uesday AM we w111 have it brought to the Board m meeting Jan. 9th.
