Police Department LOCAL EMERGENCY ORDER NO. 001 - 2005
Pursuant to Article 2-B of the New York State Executive Law, a State of
Emergency is hereby declared in t_h~= Town of Southold for a period of time

rescinded.
The State of Emergency has been declared due to emergency conditions

As chief Executive of Southold Town, I, J~hue Y. He~ton, have exercised
the authority given to ma under New York State Executive Law, A~cle 2-B, to
preserve the public safety and hereby render all required and available
assistance vital to the security, well-being and health of the citizens of the Town.
I hereby direct the Southold Town Police Department, the Department of

emergency assistance as deemed necessary, including but not litnttad to

subject to peril.
