In considering this application the Board finds that it would be an undue
hardship to prevent the expansion of this business. It is believed that this exception
will not chawge essentially the character of the neighborhood and the Board also notes
the fact that applicant owns a lot to the east and that property ca the south side of
Kerwin Blvd is already zoned for business.
