At a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals on August 140 1958 the appeal
was considered and the action indicated below was taken on your
( ) Request for variance due to lack of access to property
( ) Request for a special permit under the Zoning Ordinance
( ) Request for a variance to the Zoning Ordinance
(z ) Request for a special smeeption under the Zoning Ordinance
1. SPECIAL PERMIT. By resolution of the Board it was determined that a special permit ( ) be

requested special emceptlea be granted on account of the relocation of the
State Highways This sign, approximately 5' m 61, single face, must be located
at least 5 feet from any property line and the permission to erect the sign is
valid until revoked.
Locations About 75 feet easterly of Cassidy or Albertson's Lane and about 60 feet
northerly from the center line of the now road leading from Southold to Greenport,
H.Y., on property of John Romps.

Pursuant to section 267 of the Town Law and the provisions of
the ammended building zone ordinance of the Town of Southo1d,
Suffolk county! N.Y. a public hearing will be held by the ZGning
Board of Appea s of the Town of Southo1d, at the Town Clerk's
Office, Main Street, Southo1d, N.Y. on August 1~, 19,8 at 7a30PM
(E.D.S.T.) upon the application of Edna Brown for a special
exception to relocate an existing advertizing sign, Article III
section 300, sub, 11. of ordinance.
This location on &Is Albertson bant, Greenport, N.Y.
Any person desiring to be heard on the above application
should appear at the time and place above specified.
